Bratwurst Noodle Casserole
2 lb. bulk Carle's Bratwurst
1 medium onion, diced
12 oz. noodles, boiled and drained
1 lb. sauerkraut, drained
2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
Brown bratwurst in skillet until fully cooked, but still juicy. Add onion and sauté. In bowl, mix bratwurst and onion mixture, noodles, sauerkraut, and mushroom soup.
Place into greased 9" by 12" baking pan or two quart casserole dish. Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.

Bratwurst Stew
6 Carle's Bratwurst
2 tbsp. shortening
4 medium potatoes, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 15 oz. can of green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Cut brats into 1/2" pieces. Brown in melted shortening in Dutch oven. When nicely browned, add potatoes, onions, soup, and milk. Mix well. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done. Add drained green beans and cheese and let simmer until beans are heated and cheese is melted.

Bratwurst Chowder
1 lb. cooked Carle's Bratwurst
2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 cups water
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
3 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. ea. salt and pepper
In a large sauce pan combine brats cut into 1/2" pieces, potatoes, onions, salt, and pepper. Add water, bring to boil, and then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are nearly done. Add cabbage and carrots and cook until tender. Stir in 2 1/2 cups of milk. Combine the remaining 1/2 cup of milk with the flour. When soup is hot, stir in flour and milk mixture to thicken it. Stir in cheese, and serve.

Carle's Ham Loaf
2 lbs. Carle's Ham Loaf Grind
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/4 to 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Dash of pepper
Chopped parsley for color
Mix all ingredients together. Form into loaf, bake at 350 F for 45 minutes to an hour.
Ham Loaf Glaze
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. dried mustard
In a sauce pan, mix and heat all ingredients. Pour glaze over ham loaf during last 15 minutes of baking. Add more as you wish.
