Welcome to the web site of Carle's Bratwurst, Inc. In operation since 1929 and still family-owned, Carle's Bratwurst is the last of Bucyrus' original bratwurst makers. Our bratwurst are made from the highest quality ingredients, and seasoned with a secret blend of spices that makes them truly special.

We're famous for our bratwurst, but we're more than that! We have a full butcher counter, a deli, a large grocery area stocked with many fine imported foods, and a famous eat-in / carry-out hot bar. We also have an excellent selection of imported wines and beers in our coolers, as well as plenty of delicious snack-ables.

Our retail store is located in Bucyrus, Ohio, America's Bratwurst Capitol. Bucyrus is a great mid-western town with many generations of German heritage. Carle's is located on old Route 30, the Lincoln Highway.
